Local Verify reads workbook paths you provide and writes reports where you request. It does not upload workbook contents or make formula network calls.

Any diagnostic bundle, hosted service, telemetry, or retention period is an explicit opt-in integration decision and will be documented before use. Do not send confidential workbook contents by email.
